Executive Chauffeur – New York

RMA Worldwide is seeking a professional, service-focused Executive Chauffeur to join our New York team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining the highest level of professionalism, and ensuring safe, reliable transportation for executives, corporate clients, and VIP guests.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport executives, corporate clients, and VIPs throughout the New York metropolitan area.
• Deliver exceptional white-glove customer service with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain a polished appearance and uphold company standards at all times.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and keep vehicles clean and presentation-ready.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS and traffic applications while maintaining on-time performance.
• Assist passengers with luggage and other reasonable requests.
• Accurately complete trip documentation using company technology and mobile applications.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Valid New York TLC Driver License (required).
• Westchester TLC License is a plus.
• Professional chauffeur, limousine, executive transportation, or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Clean driving record with the ability to pass background screening.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Professional business attire and appearance required.
