Job Overview Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) – school‑based position with Catholic Charities of Saratoga, Warren, and Washington Counties. Provide individual, group, and family therapy and case‑management services. Responsibilities Identify barriers impacting client functioning. Advocate for client autonomy and self‑determination. Provide individual, group, and family therapy for mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Conduct assessments, make referrals, and respond to emergency assistance requests when appropriate. Complete treatment plans, progress notes, insurance forms, and other documentation promptly. Consult with the clinical supervisor regularly regarding caseload activity. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Social Work or LMSW certification. 1 year of relevant experience – training will be provided. Valid driver’s license with current car insurance, registration, and reliable vehicle access. Schedule & Compensation Per diem, up to 19 hours per week. Minimum salary $37.00; maximum salary $38.00.
