Work Environment\n

This role will be performed remotely, allowing you to engage with clients directly while working from the comfort of your own home. Despite the remote setting, our team prioritizes collaboration and communication, utilizing technology to connect with one another and maintain a supportive network. You will be expected to maintain a full-time schedule, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, but with flexibility to accommodate urgent client needs during evenings or weekends as required. Your on-call availability could be crucial in responding promptly to clients in need.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate seniors' psychosocial needs, factoring in emotional, mental, and social dimensions.

• Provide emotional support and counseling, guiding seniors through transitions such as bereavement, relocation, or health changes.

• Advocate for clients' rights, ensuring they can access necessary community resources and services tailored to their circumstances.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
