Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive client assessments to identify individual needs and tailor intervention strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and substance abuse counselors, to develop integrated support plans.

• Implement evidence-based clinical interventions for clients, utilizing modern therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with applicable policies, while utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system to manage client documentation and treatment plans.

• Conduct regular follow-up sessions to monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will predominantly serve a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
