What You'll Be DoingAs a Wedding Coordinator, you'll play a key role in making each couple's special day seamless and stress-free. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding day.
- Managing timelines, schedules, and vendor coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Overseeing wedding day logistics, from setup to tear-down, and troubleshooting any last-minute challenges.
- Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure all details are executed flawlessly.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professionalism throughout the planning process.
We’re seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about event planning. Here’s what we’d love to see:
- Experience: 1 year of experience in event planning, wedding coordination, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Personality: A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for creating memorable experiences.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to the dynamic nature of wedding planning and handle challenges with grace.
