Administrative Analyst
DGS Office of External Affairs
The Administrative Analyst provides advanced administrative and analytical support to the Capitol Zoning Commission in Little Rock, managing complex tasks, office operations, records management, and data analysis. The role collaborates with senior leadership to develop policies, streamline workflows, and enhance agency efficiency. This is a part‑time position working 24 hours per week, Tuesday–Friday. Key qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent plus 3 years of administrative experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database software Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage complex information Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities High attention to detail in records management and compliance with state laws #J-18808-Ljbffr DGS Office of External Affairs
