Remote New Hire Experience Lead - Onboarding & Retention

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking two New Hire Experience Coordinators to lead the New Hire Check-In Program across the company in a remote/virtual role. You will own the full first-year cadence, conducting 15 check-ins, documenting outcomes, and ensuring concerns reach the right owner for resolution. You’ll partner with HR, Operations, and Field Ops Support to monitor dashboards, escalate issues, and drive improvements based on patterns across centers and regions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
