Job Description:The Receptionist is responsible for the following:Direct calls to the appropriate individualsNotate telephone and in-person message and forward to appropriate recipient.Greet all visitors in a cordial and professional mannerMaintain a comfortable, organized lobby area for prospective applicantsPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedRequirements:The Receptionist must have the following:Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and have a background in customer serviceAbility to work flexible scheduleSwitchboard experience including Word and ExcelStrong communication skills
