Property Management Coordinator

Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Property Management Coordinator in Miami, FL. Summary: This role serves as a key liaison between tenants, vendors, and the property management team while ensuring administrative, operational, and financial processes are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. Provide administrative support to the property management team Serve as a point of contact for tenants and assist with service requests and inquiries Coordinate meetings, special events, and office activities Assist with lease administration activities, tenant documentation, and insurance tracking Prepare vendor agreements, bid proposals, and service contracts Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and tenant bill-back documentation Maintain property files, contracts, and insurance records Track contract renewals and certificate expirations Monitor work order activity and prepare status reports Assist with monthly reporting, budgeting activities, and operational projects Maintain office supplies and support general office operations Foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and business partners Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required 1+ years of administrative, customer service, property management, real estate, or office coordination experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to handle confidential information professionally Experience supporting commercial real estate, property management, facilities, or operations teams is a plus The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
