We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to serve a vibrant elementary caseload for the full academic year, starting as soon as possible. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with young learners, helping them overcome physical challenges and achieve their individual goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant
• Experience working with children in an educational or pediatric setting is highly preferred
• Foundations in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to school-aged children
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to elementary-aged students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assess students’ physical abilities and develop intervention plans to help meet educational and developmental milestones
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to school and legal requirements
• Offer consultative support and training to school staff on physical access and safety for students
