Core Responsibilities:

Personal Billings, BD & Account Execution

• Outbound Business Development & Client Acquisition: Actively prospect, pitch, and secure new client accounts across enterprise Microsoft partners and end-users to grow your personal portfolio and generate direct revenue.
• 360° Desk Execution: Run a high-performing full desk focused on high-margin contract and direct-hire placements across Microsoft Cloud technologies.
• Commercial Strategy & Enterprise Deals: Engage directly with C-suite, VP, and Director-level tech decision-makers to negotiate fee agreements, sign exclusive search contracts, and expand account footprints.
• Specialized Candidate Delivery: Design and execute headhunting strategies to deliver high-caliber technical talent for critical client requisitions.

Team Leadership & Performance

• Team Scaling & Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a dedicated pod of 2-4 junior/associate recruitment consultants to maximize team revenue yield.
• Hands-on Coaching & Upskilling: Drive daily stand-ups, desk-side call coaching, objection-handling workshops, and pipeline reviews to elevate team billing capability.
• Performance & Progression Culture: Cultivate a high-performance environment by setting transparent KPIs and actively guiding junior recruiters toward their next career promotion.
• Internal Talent Acquisition: Partner directly with senior agency leadership to interview, select, and onboard top-tier recruitment talent for your practice.

Who We Are Looking For

• 360° Recruiting Agency Background: 3+ years in third-party tech, IT, or specialized agency staffing (recruiting + business development).
• Leadership Capability: 1+ years experience leading, mentoring, or pod-leading junior recruiters (or a top-tier Senior Consultant with a proven track record of mentoring peers and a clear appetite for formal management).
• Track Record of Billings: Consistent history of strong personal revenue generation and overachieving annual agency targets.
• Commercial Gravitas: Confident negotiating enterprise fee structures and consulting C-level stakeholders.
• Location: NYC metro area with the ability to work onsite out of our New York office.
