  • No of Beds: 220+
  • Trauma Level: III
  • EMR: Epic
  • Other Info: - Trauma Center, Stroke and Spine Center - Open to newly trained fellows and practicing physicians - Rotation between main office and satellite offices
Requirements
  • Active IN License or willing to obtain
  • BC/BE (If BE, witihin 5 years of residency)
  • BLS/ACLS
  • Flu Vaccination
