Compensation: Starting at $50,000+ annually , plus performance bonuses paid twice a year (July and December) based on company performance. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and supervise production employees to achieve daily production goals safely and efficiently. Review production priorities and resolve any issues carried over from the previous shift. Assign daily work responsibilities and adjust staffing as production demands change. Verify machines are properly set up and running the correct paper and glass products. Monitor production performance and troubleshoot equipment issues alongside maintenance personnel. Review employee-completed production reports for accuracy and productivity. Analyze production trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Ensure employees follow company safety procedures and quality standards. Communicate production priorities and operational updates with management and production staff. Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment. Support production during occasional extended workdays when operational needs require additional coverage.
