Join an established practice looking to add a Full Time Cornea Ophthalmologist in Lubbock, TX!
Details:
- Immediate high volumes
- Practice is equipped with the latest modern updates and technology
- Full support team of technicians, scribes, ODs, and staff
- Strong referral networks
- Large opportunity for growth
- EMR: Nextgen
Compensation and Benefits:
- Year 1: Guaranteed minimum of $350,000+ (based on experience)
- Year 2: 35% of Collections
- No compensation cap = Unlimited potential!
- Sign-on Bonus Available
- Relocation Assistance Available
- 401(k)
- 4 weeks of PTO + 6 Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 3-4 days of clinic and 1-2 days of OR time
- No nights
