Pharmacy Supervisor
Step into a leadership role where your expertise truly matters! As a Pharmacy Supervisor, you'll help shape a high-performing, collaborative pharmacy team dedicated to delivering safe, top-quality medication management across every stage of care. You'll oversee daily operations, guide and grow talented caregivers, champion medication safety, and ensure our practices meet the highest clinical and regulatory standards. If you're energized by mentoring others, optimizing workflows, elevating patient safety, and supporting innovative pharmacy technologiesthis role offers the perfect blend of impact and advancement.
This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled. This role requires you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Upon hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered
- 2 or more years of applicable pharmacy practice experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- PharmD
- Demonstrated leadership experience with at least 13 years in a supervisory, manager, or team lead role within a healthcare or pharmacy setting, including responsibility for staff development, workflow oversight, and operational performance
Skills and Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
Upon hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered
2 or more years of applicable pharmacy practice experience
PharmD
Demonstrated leadership experience with at least 13 years in a supervisory, manager, or team lead
Compensation
Base Salary - USD $143,769 to $229,860
