Customer Service Manager

Maintenance Lead Technician Full-Time | On-Site | Tacoma, WA What You’ll Do Lead and support a small maintenance team while remaining deeply hands-on in daily operations Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced industrial manufacturing equipment and CNC machinery Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system issues across a wide variety of automated production equipment Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and machine documentation Assist with custom fabrication, machine modifications, and process improvements Support electrical work including wiring, circuit troubleshooting, and equipment operating at higher voltages Work with pneumatic systems, dust collection systems, motors, sensors, and machine controls Coordinate maintenance priorities across a large manufacturing operation Partner closely with production leadership to keep operations running efficiently What We’re Looking For 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting ability with CNC or automated production machinery Experience with electrical systems, industrial controls, and machine diagnostics Ability to read electrical blueprints and technical schematics Hands-on mechanical aptitude with the ability to fabricate or modify components when needed Welding and machining experience highly preferred Experience supporting large production facilities with multiple machine types Leadership ability with a collaborative, lead-by-example mindset Calm under pressure with a strong sense of urgency and ownership Preferred Backgrounds Millwork or cabinet manufacturing Industrial woodworking or panel processing Automated manufacturing facilities CNC-heavy production environments Large-scale fabrication or industrial plants Why This Opportunity Stable, growing manufacturing company with a large production footprint Highly technical environment with sophisticated equipment Opportunity to lead while staying hands-on technically High-impact role supporting a critical production operation Strong compensation for the right technical leader Compensation & Details $65–$75/hour DOE Full-Time On-Site in Tacoma, WA Rainier Recruiting is an equal opportunity employer and service provider and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, gender identity, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, disability, political affiliation or belief, or any other protected class.
