What does the role entail?

The Food Runner is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Working with Expo Line and delivering food items to the guest.
• Food Runnermust have great organizational skills.
• Bussing tables of all dishes and trash.

Qualifications

Your experience:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience as a Food Expeditor/Runner or similar role.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced work environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• A desire to exceed guest expectations.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.
• Ability to work outdoors and under the sun.
• Must have open availability during Spring Break and the Summer Season, including weekends and Holidays.
• Understanding of CA hygiene and food safety rules, must have a valid CA Food Handler Card.
