Business Development- Healthcare Sales

Doctor Referral Institute (DRI) serves specialty medical and dental practices nationwide by providing expert face‑to‑face representation and a proven referral development system. DRI has led the industry for 15 years, delivering customized solutions for single practitioners and large group practices and generating high‑quality, high‑profit patient growth for the practice owner. Key Responsibilities Develop and sign contracts with specialists and other healthcare providers in the medical or dental industry using DRI’s proven system. Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians and medical practices to facilitate communication and provide information about DRI services. Identify opportunities for new business development and monitor physician feedback, relaying relevant insights to leadership to improve service offerings. Qualifications Proven experience in medical sales, pharma sales, physician liaison, sales, or healthcare business development (2‑3 years preferred). Must have existing healthcare relationships. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
