As the Senior EEO Investigator, you will report to the Supervisor I and lead complex EEO investigations, advise leaders on EEO related matters, and shape policy that improves the employee experience statewide. What You’ll Do Lead complex investigations into sensitive discrimination complaints involving employees, contractors, vendors, applicants, participants, and customers; collect and analyze evidence; prepare detailed reports; and brief executive leadership, Legal, and HR. Coach and train analysts on investigative best practices; design training materials; deliver formal presentations on EEO topics; and provide expert guidance to team members and leaders. Drive statewide compliance with WIOA Section 188 and 29 CFR Part 38: monitor LWDA entities, provide technical assistance, design and deliver trainings, and facilitate statewide meetings/conferences for Local Area Equal Opportunity Officers. Advance EEO programs --Upward Mobility, Disability Advisory Committee (DAC), Annual Workforce Analysis, LEAP, Religious Accommodations, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion --through complex analysis, policy development, and high-quality written products. Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person visits to the EEO Office; triage requests and provide accurate, actionable guidance to complainants and management.
