Glad you asked. As our Medical Billing Specialist, you'll be the behind-the-scenes superhero making sure claims are clean, accurate, compliant, and submitted correctly. What would you actually do? Hunting down billing errors before insurance companies do. Preparing and submitting medical claims like the billing rockstar you are. Speaking fluent CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, HCFA-1500, and UB-04. Helping keep patient accounts accurate. Working with an awesome team that actually talks to each other. Keeping everything HIPAA-compliant. You're probably our person if... You smile a little when someone says "coding modifier." You secretly enjoy solving puzzles. You notice when a comma is out of place. You believe "close enough" isn't actually close enough. You can stay organized even when the phones are ringing, emails are flying, and everyone suddenly needs something "real quick." Bonus points if... You've worked in medical billing for at least two years. Workers' Compensation billing doesn't scare you. You know your way around EHR systems.
