Job Description:
We are seeking experienced ICU RNs for a fast-paced, 30-bed Trauma ICU (Level 2) on a 13-week travel contract. This unit manages complex trauma, neuro, and critical care patients, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1–2 (90% of the time 1:2). RNs will be required to titrate drips (vasopressors, sedation), interpret telemetry strips, and work closely with 24/7 in-house intensivists and RT support. The unit uses Hamilton ventilators and Cerner charting.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of ICU/Trauma experience
• MUST have experience with ICP monitoring and ventriculostomies (or extensive post-TPA patient experience)
• Previous travel experience strongly preferred
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, current COVID Vaccine, NIHSS
• PALS preferred (required after 6 months if extending assignment)
