This role requires an individual who is able to be in office 5 days a week in Naples, FL. **Must be able to start right away, unemployed candidates.**
Job Description:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings to ensure efficient time management.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare accurate and timely expense reports in accordance with company policies.
- Screen, prioritize, and route incoming communications, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate escalation when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of prior experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Thoughtful interpersonal skills and comfort working within a team
