Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant – Full-Time

• Jersey City, NJ (07302)
• $18–$21/hour (Depending on experience)
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you a people person with a passion for real estate and customer service? We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish / English) to join our team in Jersey City, NJ . This is a full-time, on-site position with consistent weekday hours — no weekends required!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist prospective residents, providing property tours and showcasing apartment features
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries
• Assist with the leasing process from application to move-in
• Maintain accurate records of traffic, leasing activity, and renewals
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a great living experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Professional demeanor with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using leasing/property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, etc.)
