Position Overview
AO Globe Life is hiring a Financial Protection Associate to work remotely with individuals and families exploring insurance options. You will help clients learn about life, supplemental health, and accident coverage while providing a supportive and professional experience. This position is well suited for motivated professionals who enjoy communication, client interaction, and career development in a performance-based environment.Responsibilities- Speak with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
- Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
- Review client needs, priorities, and coverage concerns
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
- Recommend appropriate products and services
- Follow up with clients in a timely manner
- Maintain organized client records
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship
