Financial Services Associate

The Fortitude Team is expanding and looking for motivated, relationship-driven individuals interested in building a career in financial services. As a Financial Services Representative, you will work virtually with individuals and families to understand their financial goals, provide education on important financial concepts, and help them evaluate strategies for areas such as retirement planning, income protection, wealth accumulation, and long-term financial security. Previous financial experience is not required. We provide training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development for candidates who are coachable, driven, and passionate about helping others. This is a remote independent-contractor opportunity with flexible part-time and full-time pathways. Compensation is performance-based, and professional licensing is required. Responsibilities: • • Meet virtually with individuals and families to identify financial needs, priorities, and long-term goals • Educate clients on financial concepts and available strategies • Help clients evaluate solutions based on their individual circumstances • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships • Conduct follow-up appointments and periodic client reviews • Provide a professional and positive client experience • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development • Build relationships and develop new business through referrals, networking, and community outreach • Complete required licensing and maintain applicable compliance standards • Maintain accurate client documentation and follow established business procedures Qualifications: • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Genuine interest in helping individuals and families • Coachable with a willingness to learn • Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented • Comfortable building relationships and meeting new people • Ability to manage your schedule and work independently from home • Comfortable communicating with clients virtually • Customer service, banking, sales, education, healthcare, hospitality, or leadership experience is helpful but not required • High school diploma or equivalent • Must be eligible and willing to obtain required state licensing Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000

$70,000-$80,000 per year
