Hypo South Production Associate - 3rd Shift

Becton Dickinson seeks a Production Associate for third-shift operations at its Columbus manufacturing facility. The role involves equipment operation, quality inspections, changeovers, and SAP data entry to maintain production and quality standards in a medical device manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment safely while meeting production rates and quality standards
- Perform visual inspections, basic troubleshooting, and changeovers on assigned lines
- Execute SAP and MES data entries and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with GMP standards, quality procedures, and safety regulations
- Support cross-training needs and participate in blitz teams as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, or two years manufacturing experience
- Proficiency reading, writing, and speaking English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with MES systems preferred
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments preferred
