Hypo South Production Associate - B Shift (Pure Hub)

Becton Dickinson seeks a Production Associate for B Shift manufacturing operations at the Columbus West facility. The role involves operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, executing changeovers, and maintaining compliance with GMP standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment safely while meeting quality and output targets
Conduct visual inspections and basic equipment troubleshooting
Execute line changeovers, clearance, and cleaning procedures
Enter SAP and MES transactions and maintain accurate documentation
Support continuous operations and cross-train within department as needed

Requirements

High school diploma/GED or two years manufacturing experience
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Experience with MES systems preferred
Experience with precision measuring instruments preferred
