Are you currently enrolled in a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program and looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare setting? WakeMed Health & Hospitals is excited to offer an opportunity for passionate students to join our team as Ultrasound Student Scholars - where learning meets purpose and excellence is the standard.

What You'll Be Doing:

As an Ultrasound Scholar, you'll work side-by-side with our experienced Registered Sonographers, learning to operate ultrasound equipment and capture high-quality images of various parts of the body. You'll also assist with supportive tasks that help ensure smooth and safe procedures for our patients.

This is a pre-graduate role designed to help you build confidence, sharpen your skills, and prepare for a successful career in medical imaging - all while being part of a team that lives the WakeWay every day.
What You'll Need:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Currently Enrolled in an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
