Build trust fast and guide homeowners to the right heating and cooling solutions
Diagnose issues and knock out light repairs on the spot
Hand off sold equipment to our install team - you sell it, they run it
Put safety first, always
Show up sharp and professional - our brand matters
Complete quality checks to make sure customers are thrilled
Tackle side tasks with confidence and pride

Our Compensation Plans? Seriously Elite.

20% commission on services you sell and complete
8-12% commission on equipment you sell that others install (yes, you can discount)
5% commission on leads you pass that get completed by others (all 3 trades)
Up to $50 per membership signup
1-5% commission on tech-generated cross-trade leads (plumbing/drains/electrical)

Requirements

1+ year of HVAC experience (residential preferred)
Valid driver's license
18+ years old
Proven sales / selling experience in residential HVAC
Brings energy, accountability, and a get-after-it mindset
Comfortable in a fast-moving, always-improving environment
Hungry to learn and level up
Boiler experience = BIG bonus
Strong communicator with both teammates and homeowners
