Marketing Operations Lead

Owning the marketing technology stack, the full-time Marketing Operations Lead will optimize HubSpot, enhance marketing processes, and develop analytics frameworks to ensure smooth campaign execution and accurate performance measurement in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities: Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, focusing on HubSpot administration, workflows, and data hygiene Design and improve marketing processes to enhance team efficiency and campaign velocity Build and maintain analytics and reporting frameworks for clear visibility into marketing performance and ROI Required Qualifications: 5+ years in marketing operations with demonstrated HubSpot administration expertise Proven experience in marketing analytics, reporting, and dashboarding Track record of leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders Hands-on experience applying AI tools to marketing workflows Strong process-design and documentation skills
