In this role, you'll be a vital part of our customer service department, providing crucial support to our Regional Sales Representatives. You'll help ensure our commercial municipal clients receive efficient and accurate service for their pool chemical needs and service inquiries, contributing directly to the smooth operation of our public aquatic facilities.

What You'll Do:

• Provide Essential Support: Assist the primary customer service team by handling overflow calls, emails, and online inquiries from commercial municipal clients as needed.
• Accurate Order Processing: Enter and process orders for pool chemicals, verifying product details, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy.
• Information Gathering: Collect detailed information from customers regarding issues, complaints, or specific requests, preparing it for the primary CSRs or relevant departments.
• Maintain Records: Precisely document all customer interactions, orders, and service requests in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with our operations, sales, and service teams, and especially with the primary customer service representatives, to facilitate seamless communication and efficient resolution.
• Administrative Assistance: Perform various administrative tasks to support the customer service department, such as preparing reports, managing filing systems, or organizing customer data.
• Stay Informed: Keep abreast of our product offerings, service capabilities, and basic industry practices for pool chemicals and commercial pool maintenance to better assist the team.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in a support role, administrative assistant role, or entry-level customer service position, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of accuracy in data entry and task management.
• Problem-Solving Aptitude: Ability to assist in identifying issues and follow established procedures to support their resolution.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and comfortable learning new internal systems.
• Team Player: A proactive and helpful attitude, eager to support colleagues and contribute to overall team success.
• Adaptability: Capable of handling multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and working efficiently in a dynamic environment.
