Shipping & Receiving Clerk – 1st Shift

Pay: $18–$19/hour Schedule: 1st Shift (Full-Time)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join a well-established manufacturing company that produces precision metal products and components for a wide range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, medical, and government. What You'll Do:

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Load and unload materials using sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Enter shipping and receiving data into computer systems
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory tracking
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare shipping documentation and labels
• Assist with general warehouse organization and material handling

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in shipping & receiving within a manufacturing environment
• Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up required)
• Strong computer skills, including data entry, Excel, and email
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic math skills for counting and inventory tracking
