Warehouse General Laborer – 1st Shift

Location: Independence, OH

Job Overview

We are currently hiring General Laborer s for a clean, organized warehouse in Independence, OH . This is a 1st shift opportunity with consistent hours, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for pay increases once hired on.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: Typically 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (OT possible)

Pay & Advancement

$15.00/ hr to start
Typical pay increase to $17.00/ hr once hired on
Additional forklift incentive availabl e once hired on

Job Duties

Picking and packing orders
Sorting materials and products
Shipping and receiving support
General warehouse and labor duties as needed
Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Work Environment

Clean, well-organized warehouse
Team-oriented atmosphere
Consistent workflow and expectations

Qualifications

Ability to perform general warehouse and labor tasks
Dependable and punctual
Ability to lift and move materials as required
Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
