What You'll Do:

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring safety and comfort
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Follow facility protocols, including dress code (personal scrubs of any color)
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 and uphold infection control policies

What You Need:

• Valid Massachusetts RN license (must be uploaded with candidate profile)
• Critical care experience preferred, with strong assessment skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to unit needs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
