Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments by evaluating psychological and emotional factors, and considering relevant co-occurring medical conditions.

• Develop and implement personalized integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical needs, leveraging evidence-based approaches.

• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions, adjusting intervention strategies based on the unique circumstances and goals of each patient.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to facilitate coordinated care, enhancing treatment effectiveness and patient outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention services for patients experiencing mental health emergencies, providing immediate support and referrals as necessary.

• Engage patients by educating them about the interconnections between mental health and physical wellness, promoting empowerment and self-management of their conditions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic documentation, meeting all legal and ethical standards in health record-keeping.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, you will work primarily with individuals facing complex challenges that include mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to severe mood disorders, especially those with co-occurring medical conditions. Your role will be instrumental in addressing the psychological aspects of patients' health, ensuring they receive comprehensive care that considers the full spectrum of their needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, the selected candidate will receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
