Work Environment\n

As part of our telehealth model, you will work remotely, enjoying flexibility while being an integral member of our community-focused organization. The position requires availability for patient sessions primarily Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to adjust your schedule to meet client needs. Virtual collaboration tools will enable you to connect seamlessly with colleagues and clients, ensuring continuity of care and support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments tailored to each patient’s specific cultural and personal backgrounds, helping to form individualized treatment plans that align with their unique experiences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities and adapting strategies according to the individual’s needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
