Solace Behavioral Health Center is actively seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist with expertise in LCSW, LPC, or LMFT designations. This role is pivotal in delivering effective mental health care to individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds while providing a supportive and inclusive therapeutic environment. You will be instrumental in conducting assessments and facilitating therapy sessions that empower patients to overcome challenges and improve their mental well-being.

Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing flexibility in your work location while still offering a collaborative team atmosphere. Your regular work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify clients’ needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, family, and group therapy formats, addressing the unique experiences of each patient.

• Develop and lead support groups for specific populations, helping members share experiences and strategies for coping with mental health challenges.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care that aligns with each patient's needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and strategies to clients during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and families on mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources to empower self-advocacy.
\n
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards by maintaining accurate and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.

• Participate in regular case conferences and training sessions to promote cultural competency and stay updated with best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated understanding of various mental health disorders and proven competence in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• A strong commitment to cultural competency and inclusivity in therapeutic practices.
\n
• Proven ability to manage crises effectively and to provide support in challenging situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of rapport with a diverse patient base.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology used in therapy and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
