Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, with an outpatient office setting for team collaboration, staff meetings, and client consultations as needed. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and we encourage flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments that take into account the unique cultural backgrounds and life experiences of each patient to inform your treatment planning.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, effectively addressing diverse mental and emotional health concerns while promoting resilience and well-being.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing emergencies, demonstrating your ability to remain calm and resourceful in high-pressure situations.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, available treatment options, and community resources that can enhance their overall well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy and safeguarding patient information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily include individuals from a variety of cultural backgrounds, including marginalized and underserved communities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Texas.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, with a focus on cultural competence in therapy.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapy using culturally responsive approaches.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with a track record of effectively managing challenging emotional situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
