Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses that guide the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality therapy sessions including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based techniques as appropriate.

• Be prepared to offer crisis intervention and support, effectively managing acute mental health crises or emergencies with poise and expertise, ensuring client safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards governing mental health practices.

• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans and ensure continuity of care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges and treatment options, advocating for clients' rights and needs within the healthcare system and community resources.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Texas, specifically as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) .

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually , based on experience and qualifications.
