Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments, aiming to understand patients' unique backgrounds and experiences. \n

- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on mental health issues, emphasizing the development of coping strategies and resilience. \n

- Perform crisis intervention to support patients during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and supportive responses. \n

- Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of therapy sessions, adhering to legal and ethical standards. \n

Your work will primarily focus on a varied patient population, including ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and others from immigrant backgrounds. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas. \n
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and evidence-based practices, complemented by a deep commitment to cultural competence. \n
- Experience providing individual and group therapy using inclusive approaches tailored to diverse populations. \n
- Proficient crisis intervention skills with the capacity to remain composed in challenging situations. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling you to build rapport with patients from various backgrounds. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology relevant to mental health documentation. \n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
