Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible remote work setting that allows you to provide care from a location that suits you while remaining integrated with our community health clinic operations. Our hours of operation are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs. You will have the autonomy to create your schedule, ensuring both work-life balance and responsiveness to our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments for patients, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and open-ended interview techniques to capture their strengths and challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices, considering the cultural context and individual circumstances of each patient.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated care and support for patients with complex needs.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services and ongoing support during mental health emergencies, ensuring individuals receive the timely care they require.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, available community resources, and coping strategies, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation to meet legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient patient management.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in the state of Texas.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment frameworks, and the principles of cultural competence in therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver therapeutic services in culturally responsive ways, with experience in both individual and group therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
