Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological state of patients and recommend appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies utilizing modalities like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing coping mechanisms, personal development, and resolving emotional concerns.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic patient care.

• Assist in crisis intervention situations, providing support and stabilization during mental health emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Texas.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, along with evidence-based treatment modalities and trauma-informed care principles.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to cultivate meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and the ability to adapt to various software applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
