Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and screenings to determine clients' psychological needs and strengths, establishing personalized treatment plans based on individual evaluations.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a variety of mental health conditions.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client care.

• Provide therapeutic education and support to clients' families, fostering engagement and understanding of the therapeutic process and their loved ones' recovery journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will involve a diverse demographic, including adults, adolescents, and families. Our clients come from various backgrounds and can present differing psychological needs, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
