Work Environment\n

This full-time position embraces a remote work setting, allowing you to accommodate your home environment while connecting with clients through telehealth resources. The flexible schedule enables you to adapt your hours as needed while maintaining a standard working week from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that are culturally sensitive and tailored to each patient’s unique context and lived experiences.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to create a seamless care pathway for patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stability.

• Educate patients and their families about various mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that may aid their recovery.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation to comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in regular case conferences and training sessions focused on cultural competency to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based interventions, and the importance of cultural competence in therapeutic settings.

• Proven experience in delivering engaging and inclusive individual and group therapy.
\n
• Strong crisis intervention capabilities, complemented by a calm demeanor in challenging clinical scenarios.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, paired with a demonstrated ability to develop rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficient use of related technological tools.
