Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that respect their cultural backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to suit individual client experiences.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to create a coordinated approach to patient care that addresses all facets of mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients in mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment pathways, and community resources to empower them in their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
