Our remote work setting provides the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring a healthy work-life balance. The position generally operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient scheduling needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally informed mental health assessments to understand the unique experiences and challenges of each patient.

• Design and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual needs of patients, with consideration of their cultural backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns while promoting resilience and personal growth.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and seamless treatment coordination.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• An in-depth understanding of various mental health disorders, including the application of evidence-based treatment approaches and cultural competence.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy using culturally responsive methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
