This remote position leverages telehealth technology, enabling our therapists to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes. Our work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider the cultural contexts of patients’ experiences to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and facilitate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapted to each patient’s unique characteristics and needs.

• Provide various therapy modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, while fostering a safe and supportive space for all participants.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and recovery.

• Offer crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute mental health challenges, providing immediate support and resources.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and leverage community resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while preserving patient confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, with a specific focus on culturally informed therapy.

• Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy within diverse populations, utilizing inclusive and responsive approaches.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure during critical situations.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role, with a focus on culturally diverse populations, is preferred. Experience with telehealth practices will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
