Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed, culturally sensitive assessments to understand clients' challenges and strengths.

• Develop and implement customized therapy plans that focus on skill development, resilience, and overall mental wellness.

• Create personalized safety, crisis intervention, and wellness plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and tools to facilitate client progress, measuring outcomes and adjusting approaches as necessary.

• Engage in regular peer supervision and training opportunities to refine clinical skills and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and various life transitions. Our clients range from children to seniors, providing you with a unique opportunity to implement age-appropriate techniques and foster comprehensive healing strategies. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.

• Possession of an active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license in Virginia.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for fostering meaningful connections with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
