Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive assessments to identify the needs of individuals, families, and couples.

• Develop personalized and evidence-based intervention plans that cater to specific client situations and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will span a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.

• Possession of an active Virginia LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license.
\n
• Proven capability to manage complex client cases, demonstrating adaptability and critical thinking skills.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on developing rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, ideally in an outpatient or telehealth setting.

• Experience using telehealth platforms and understanding best practices in virtual counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
