Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients through our telehealth platform. Scheduled work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring an inclusive approach that resonates with patients’ cultural backgrounds.

Your practice will largely involve working with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life adjustments. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Virginia.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, with a proven track record of utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches.

• An ability to provide culturally sensitive psychotherapy and a deep commitment to inclusivity.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting experience and expertise.
